Upper and Lower Veneers - 45 Year Old Patient

A 45-year-old male patient came to Brentwood Dentistry seeking a more balanced, youthful smile. Years of normal wear, minor chips, discoloration, and uneven tooth proportions had gradually affected the appearance of both his upper and lower teeth. While his teeth were healthy overall, he felt that his smile no longer reflected his confidence or professional image.

After a comprehensive evaluation, Dr. Neda recommended a smile makeover using porcelain veneers on both the upper and lower arches. During the planning process, particular attention was given to creating an ideal smile line, as well as improving symmetry between the right and left sides of the smile. These elements are essential in cosmetic dentistry because even subtle asymmetries can affect the overall harmony of the face.

Rather than simply making the teeth whiter or larger, the treatment focused on refining tooth shape, proportions, edge contours, and the relationship between the upper and lower teeth. Careful consideration was also given to how the veneers complemented the patient’s facial features, lip position, and natural bite.
