OFFICE MANAGER
SANDRA RAMIREZ
Sandra has been with Dr. Naim since 2002 which she started as a dental assistant and worked her way up to office manger. Over the years that Sandra has worked with us, she has proved that a reliable competent person is a valuable asset to any dental practice.
She deeply cares about patients comfort and makes sure they feel at ease throughout their whole dental experience, patients to her are more like family. She does a wonderful job making sure that all of our patients and family members are happy and well taken care of.
Besides providing customer satisfaction, Sandra also assists you with your appointments, insurance and other financial aspects of your treatment and in other areas to ensure the office runs smooth and efficiently.
TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR
JANETH ABARCA
Janeth is our treatment coordinator. She recently joined our practice in 2013, bringing with her over 10 years of experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the various insurance plans and coverage’s.
She is here to answer any questions you may have about an appointment, a procedure or to help you with your financial needs and insurance claims. She always does her best to work with patients financially to prioritize.We are very lucky to have her in our team.
She assists Dr. Naim on your first initial consultation, and helps you understand all your treatment options and financial planning.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
NANCY MORA
Nancy is our head dental assistant and works directly with Dr. Naim to ensure the best in patient comfort and care. Nancy joined our team in 201, and has been a dental assistant for over 10 years.
Her background in cosmetic and advance general dentistry allows her to explain procedures to patients thoroughly and make them feel as comfortable as possible.
We are also very fortunate to have her in our practice, she is a real asset to our team. She excels at her position as dental assistant because of her genuine passion to bring smiles to our patients.
